Refunds Policy

Our returns policy lasts for 28 days…



Our warranty will cover hardware only:

Chip malfunctions, LED malfunctions, auto-firing issues, battery overheating issues.

Please note that we can only accept items that are malfunctioning due to a Manufacturer Defect.

Items that fall under this category and have been approved and accepted will be eligible for an exchange of the identical item. If an item is no longer available, an equivalent product will be offered or refund at the manager’s discretion.

If 28 days have gone by since your purchase,

Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange but will always try our best to resolve the enquiry

To be eligible for a return

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it with a valid receipt to prove date of purchase.

All returned items must be in the same condition received, complete with original tags, cables and/or packaging if applicable.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned due to hygiene and health & safety reasons; E-liquids, drip tips (mouthpieces), leaks from tanks, opened coils and batteries.

Sale or Clearance items

Unfortunately, all stock clearance items cannot be refunded.
